Penny is a sweet and kind young lady. She loves anything girly, including getting her nails done and doing her hair. Penny enjoys spending time with her therapy horse and swimming when the weather is right. She loves cats and music. Like most girls, Penny loves to shop for anything and everything. She enjoys talking to people and is always helping her friends. Penny would benefit from a home where she is the only child. Change can be challenging for Penny due to her history of trauma in her childhood. Therefore, a family with structure, routines, and consistency would be key to Penny being successful in her forever family.
