Charlie will start out shy, and it takes some time to get to know him, but he will tell you all you need to know once he gets comfortable. Charlie will tell you his favorite people are everyone. He likes to be outside, riding a bike and playing soccer, or just hanging out inside watching TV. If you’re fixing breakfast, you better make sure you have some bacon and eggs or some waffles ready for him. If you really want a challenge, break out the UNO deck and see if your skills match his. He loves to interactive and play games with others. Charlie is looking for a structured, loving home where he can thrive and be himself.
