The Honorable Jack R. Puffenberger has served as Judge of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, since 1991. Throughout his distinguished career, he has presided over more than 8,000 adoptions, helping thousands of children and families celebrate the creation of permanent, loving homes. Judge Puffenberger is widely respected for keeping the needs and best interests of the child at the center of every adoption, from the earliest stages of planning through finalization. His compassion, thoughtful leadership and decades of service have made a lasting impact on the adoption community throughout Northwest Ohio and beyond.
