The Garland-Toscano Family

Meet the Garland-Toscano Family! This family is made up of Sheila and German Garland-Toscano and their 2 dogs, Kaiser and KoKo. They live in beautiful Georgia!

Sheila has been described as loving, compassionate, and focused. In her free time, she likes to have girl time with her friends and get her nails done. Sheila also enjoys traveling and attending festivals. Sheila works as an insurance agent. German has been described as hard working, conflict solver, and involved. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside and walking his dogs. German works as a heavy machine operator.

As a couple, they enjoy spending time together. Some of their favorite things to do together are biking around the wonderful area they live in or traveling around the county. They enjoy attending church together and look forward to going regularly. They also enjoy spending time with friends and family. They love to stay connected with the people in their lives.

The Garland-Toscano family is looking forward to being parents and growing their family through adoption. They have shared they will be loving and respectful of any child(ren) who are matched with their home. They will welcome children into their home with open arms.

The Garland-Toscano family is willing to consider 1-3 children, African American, Hispanic, or Biracial, 0-10 years old with the following disabilities;

ADD, ADHD, Anxiety Disorder, Asthma, Depression, Developmental Delays, Diabetes, Drug Exposed, Emotional Mild-Moderate, Learning Disability, Legal Risk, Physically Abused
