Klein Family

Meet Belinda, Joseph, Caleb and Christopher Klein! Joseph owns his own business, and volunteers as the Cub Master for their sons’ Cub Scout pack. Belinda is the Executive Director at a nonprofit organization, and enjoys doing drawing demonstrations and career talks for local schools. She also volunteers as a den leader for Cub Scouts. They have one biological son and one son who joined the family through adoption. The family loves spending time together.

As a family, the like to tackle household projects together, as well as finding time to relax and enjoy each other’s company. During the summer, they often work together in their yard, followed by cooling off in their pool. They like to be outdoors; but they also enjoy playing board and group video games. Their family loves to travel, even if it is just a day trip to go to a museum, activity, or event, or taking a long weekend to visit a place they have never been. Joe and Belinda both grew up in large families and have spent a great deal of time around and working with a lot of children (childcare & Cub Scouts). Their strengths are working as a team to provide structure, consistency and clear communication in a nurturing and safe environment. However, they are willing to be flexible in their approach for individual children’s needs and take additional training.

Belinda and Joe are willing to consider 1-2 children, male or female, any race, between the ages of 0 and 10 with any of the following special needs:

ADD, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Asthma, Attachment Disorder, Autism, Cerebral Palsy/Mild, Depression, Developmental Delays, Diabetes, Drug Exposed, Eating disorders, Emotional/Mild, Emotional/Moderate, Epilepsy, Failure to Thrive, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Heart Murmur, Hyperactivity, Learning Disability, Missing Limbs, Mood Disorder, Muscular Dystrophy, Non-Verbal,  Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Physically Abused, Physically Aggressive and PTSD.
