A typical teen in many ways, Tamara wants to be adopted, but is afraid it won’t happen. She is interested in drawing and listening to Justin Bieber. Tamara is proud of making good grades in school. An IEP is in place to give her help that she needs in math and reading. Science is her favorite subject. Tamara can be very outgoing if in the right situation or if she knows someone well. Tamara did not have a good start in life. She has a history of malnourishment and Triple X Syndrome. As a result, she has worked hard to increase her weight. Tamara wants to be accepted by others, and to be in a family that will love her forever and let her continue visits with her younger sister.
