Evelyn is a sweet child and an absolute delight. She is always smiling and laughing and she loves listening to music. Evelyn is good-natured. Evelyn is lovable, happy and never gives up. Her smile lights up the room! Evelyn thrives with one on one attention. Evelyn requires a loving family who has time to devote to her and her special medical needs. Evelyn is a medically complex child with developmental delays and requires around the clock care. She will also require lifelong care. She is non-verbal and has limited mobility. Evelyn will require a dedicated and patient family who has time and understanding of her medical needs. Evelyn will do best with a supportive, patient and loving family who will challenge Evelyn to surpass all expectations for her.
