Denise enjoys interacting with her foster parents, teachers, and workers in the community. She spends time listening to the TV and likes to have songs sung to her. Denise is a totally dependent special needs teenager. She is often alert and responds to stimuli, but will require assistance in every aspect of her daily living needs and functions. She attends school with other children who have similar limitations. She will need a family that is experienced in trach care or willing to be trained. She has been with the same foster family for 13 years and they would like to be an integral part of the transition and continue to stay in contact.
