Jamie Farr, American television, film and theatre actor, and philanthropist

Jamie Farr has entertained audiences for over 63 years. His charm, wit, and generous heart have made Jamie Farr a favorite. Jamie’s talent and love for show business landed him on the silver screen, Broadway and as Toledo, Ohio native, Corporal Maxwell Klinger on the hit TV sitcom M*A*S*H. Jamie and Joy Farr have been generous supporters of Adopt America Network for many years. During the Jamie Farr Classic days, over $200,000 was awarded to Adopt America to help us find families for children in Northwest Ohio. Joy Farr, who is herself adopted from foster care, graciously serves as a member of our national advisory board.
