Gianna is a sweet and loving little girl. She is very responsive to nurturing attention especially from maternal figures. Gianna is a great communicator and really likes to talk! Some of her favorite pastimes include playing with her Barbie dolls, and going to the park to play. Gianna is at her best when she has a caring adult nearby who is able to provide a high level of supervision and redirect her as needed.

School is exciting for Gianna, and she loves going! She does well in the school setting where she has lots of friends and a good amount of supervision. With supports in place, she is just about at grade level academically and behaviorally. She is responding nicely to supports that help her stay attentive and focused. It will be important for her adoptive family to see that she has the academic resources in place that she needs for continued success.

Gianna has benefitted from counseling in the past. It is likely that she will need to continue with such supports as she settles into her new home. An adoptive family who is supportive of using such resources will be important for Gianna.
Gianna’s two siblings, Zaden and Johnathon, share a very close bond. It will be important for her adoptive family to help her to maintain these very important relationships. Because of the needs of each of the children it may be best to find separate adoptive families, but their recruitment team remains hopeful that there may be a skilled family out there who could parent Gianna and her siblings together.

Gianna is ready for an adoptive family! Her worker wants to hear from patient, loving, and committed couples especially, who would like the opportunity to nurture and parent Gianna. Parent(s) who will see that she has the resources in place that will help her be most successful will be important for Gianna as she moves forward in her life. If your family wants to be Gianna’s biggest advocates, we want to hear from you soon!
