Jaden is little boy who is wheelchair dependent. He has multiple seizures each day, a hernia, cortical blindness, and is fed via G-tube. He currently resides in a foster home and receives 24 hour nursing care to monitor his medical needs. He has a pressure suit that should be wore in order to ensure proper circulation. He also has ankle braces that should be worn 2 hours on and 2 hours off. He also should be moved every 2 hours to prevent sores. Jaden receives in-home therapy to assist with his physical development.
