Bakim is a handsome young man. He is very helpful and kind to those he can trust. Bakim is protective of himself and will not let others take advantage of him. He has a big smile when he laughs and jokes around with his buddies. Bakim enjoys all sports particularly; soccer, football, and hockey. He feels most comfortable in an environment where he has the opportunity to release his high energy levels. He has become a talented artist, drawing cartoons and pictures of things that have left an impression on him. He also has a talent for creative story writing. His developing maturity often helps him to avoid unpleasant social situations with misguided youngsters. Bakim has made it a point to learn from his past and make better decisions to grow into a well-rounded successful young man. Bakim has made significant progress with how he carries himself in the home and school setting, trying to be more complaint with teacher’s and other adult’s expectations of him. He reports enjoying math but reading is his least favorite, despite his noticeable progress. Just like most teens, Bakim does not look forward to doing his homework, but knowing that pizza will be served for dinner, is great motivation for him!!! Bakim also LOVES sweets, so promising him a candy bar along with an allowance for chores would keep a huge smile on his handsome face too! Bakim would do best in an adoptive home where the struggles of a growing teen boy are very well understood and he can be received with unconditional love and family support. Bakim stated that he is very much interested in being adopted by a loving family. An adoptive family would also need to be comfortable with Bakim having contact with his sibling.
