Faith is in need of an adoptive family that has experience parenting children with many needs. The family should be extremely patient and levelheaded, as these are qualities that would be best for Faith. She will need a family that will be strong advocates for her needs and ensure she has all the necessary resources available to reach her fullest potential. The family should have a strong support network and utilize her current services and seek out any additional ones that could be beneficial to her well-being. It would be best for Faith if she was the youngest or only child in the home as she requires a great deal of attention and support. A prospective adoptive family must be able to demonstrate knowledge and availability of mental health support services in their area. Also, a prospective family will need to be willing to maintain sibling contact including visits, that occur in Michigan.
