$1,202 – covers the average cost of providing a family outside of Ohio a grant to have a home study done and the cost of staff time to find and arrange for a licensed agency to conduct the home study and review it for completeness and compliance with state laws

$651 – covers the average cost to provide family pre-adoption and parent training
$245 – covers the cost of placement and legal finalization of the adoption
$87 – covers the average cost of family support services and groups
$47 – covers the average cost to register a child or a family into EZ Match©, which can be used by adoption specialists, selected state agency workers and partner agencies to match children and families.
