INTRODUCING
ROBERT & JODEE...SOUTH DAKOTA
Robert (35) is a Self-Employed Rancher and JoDee (32) is a Homemaker.
This is a large family with 8 biological and 5 adopted children. Robert
and JoDee have a very busy family life. Robert keeps busy filling the
numerous bike tires full of air and coaching softball. He is also a
member of the local Volunteer Fire Department and serves on the church
board as a trustee and building committee member. JoDee is definitely a
full time mom and loves it! She also serves as an advisor on a couple of
special needs support groups, and co-chairs an organization which
promotes family friendly communities. In her spare time she enjoys
gardening and music. The family lives on a three thousand acre cattle
ranch in a home that they built to accommodate the needs of the
children. They have nine spacious bedrooms with a sensory play area in
the lower level. They feel as a family that they have the best of all
worlds with a double blessing of growing the family through both
adoption and birth. There is a special place in their hearts for more
children.
Robert and JoDee would like to adopt up
to three of either male or female children of any race between the ages
of 0 to 3, possibly older if a sibling group. They feel capable of
accepting the following conditions: ADD, ADHD, asthma, cerebral palsy
mild, developmental delays, down syndrome, drug exposed, mild emotional,
encopresis, enuresis, failure to thrive, fetal alcohol syndrome, heart
murmur, hyperactivity, learning disability, mild to moderate mental
retardation, missing limbs, non-verbal, physically abused, and tube fed. |
