Johnathan states “I want a family because I haven’t had one in ten years and I deserve to have a family” Johnathan is a handsome young man with a warm smile. He enjoys fishing, boxing and playing baseball. He loves collecting hermit crabs and watching comedies. He likes any kind of music and enjoys skate boarding. Johnathan can do well in school, but needs encouragement to stay on task. He needs a family that will commit to him and understand that he has experienced a great deal of loss in his life. A family will need to be supportive of him and help him process those losses by participating in counseling with him. His family will need to advocate for him in the school setting so that all of his academic and behavioral needs are met. This young man needs patience, understanding and love to really thrive and reach his full potential.
