Raymond is a bright child who loves to smile, but is mostly non-verbal. He can communicate using simple terms, and hand gestures. He attends a school in the special education setting where he receives physical therapy and speech therapy. Raymond is a delightful little boy to be around and to spend time with. He does need constant supervision at school and in the home. Any family that can devote lots of time to spending with Raymond would benefit him greatly.
